1. What ARP Checkout is

ARP Checkout is the payment portal operated by ARP LLC for collecting payment on orders placed with ARP LLC. Each payment link is unique to a single order and expires when the order is completed or cancelled.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. or PayPal, Inc. ARP Checkout does not receive or store card numbers. Charges appear on your statement as ARPCHECKOUT.COM or ARP CHECKOUT. By completing a payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Refunds & disputes

Refund requests are handled per the terms of your order. Contact [email protected] with your order reference (shown on your payment page, e.g. "Order G1234") and we will respond within two business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer — most issues are resolved same-day.

4. Acceptable use

Payment links may only be used by the customer they were issued to. Attempting to tamper with payment amounts, tokens, or links is prohibited.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version.
